help! need name of book!?

there was this book i read a few years ago (i think it was goosebumps but im not sure) and it was about this kid had some toy village or town or something and it had a toy train and there was one bad guy in his set of the village and it came to life during a storm when the two boys were watching a scary movie during a storm and the toy brings other little toys from the village to life and the bad guy would ride the train or something. (it made me think of lego people)

Survey: Do you like to believe in fate?

Do you like to believe in that your life is set out for you to place a role? Or not? And why?

I don’t like to think it. I believe that your fate is what you make it in the end. I believe there are millions of paths you can take to different endings. They all inter-twin with each other and if you miss one chance you might be able to grab that chance later on in your life. Just believing that you have a set fate makes me feel like a toy train on circling railroad tracks. I like to believe that you can set your own life and fate out and change it if you get too far off the road you should be on.

Baby's First Christmas?? Did you choose to go way out or keep it small?

Just curious of the answers. I plan on always having a semi big thing for my son rather its for birthday’s or Christmas. He’s 10 months old and considered very spoiled i’m sure…………

Diaper Bag
Stockings full of, plates, cups, spoons and forks, bibs, snacks.
I didn’t buy the TV my mother in law did. Said he needed it. I didn’t agree but its their grandson too.
