THIS IS MY POSTWAR LIONEL O GAUGE TRAIN SET OUTFIT #1421WS MADE IN 1946 WHICH WAS THE FIRST YEAR FOR ANY LIONEL ENGINE TO COME WITH SMOKE UNITS IN 1946 ONLY LIONEL USE A #1156 TYPE AUTOMOTIVE LIGHT BULB BUT HAD A DIMPLE IN THE MIDDEL FOR YOUR SMOKE PELLETS OR I SOMETIMES JUST DROP IN 2 OR 3 DROPS OF 3IN1 OIL TO MAKE SMOKE AND THAT BULB WAS ALSO YOUR LIGHTING FOR THE BOILER HEADLIGHT THE SET COMES WITH A #2020 PRR S2 TURBINE STEAM ENGINE WITH A 3 POSITION E-UNIT POWERED BY LIONELS GEAR TO GEAR DRIVE PULLMOR MOTOR AND COMES WITH A #2020W LIONEL LINES WHISTLEING COAL TENDER AND PULLS FOUR FREIGHT RAIL CARS #3451 #2465 #3454 AND A #2472 AND 1946 WAS THE FIRST YEAR FOR LIONEL TO HAVE THE PRR S2 TURBINE SETS OUT ON THE MARKET THERE WAS A FEW DIFFRENT SETS WITH DIFFRENT LINES OF FREIGHT CARS MADE UP WITHIN THE THOSE SETS THERE WAS #2020 S2 TURBINES ENGINES AND THERE WAS THE #671 S2 TURBINES ENGINES WITHIN THOSE OTHER SETS HERE IN THIS VIDEO IS MY FIRST POSTWAR PRR S2 TURBINE SET THE MAN I GOT IT FROM WHICH HE WAS CLOSE TO 50 YEARS OLD HIM SELF SO I THOUGHT THIS WAS HIS TRAIN SET HE WAS SELLING TO ME BUT NO HE SAID THIS SET BELONGED TO HIS FATHER WHICH HIS FATHER WAS AROUND 7 YEARS OLD IN 1946 WHEN HIS GRAND FATHER GOT MY FRIENDS FATHER THIS 1946 OUTFIT #1421WS #2020 S2 TURBINE FREIGHT TRAIN SET AT THERE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE WHICH AT THAT TIME WAS VERY COMMON FOR DADS TO GO TO PLACES LIKE A SMALL FAMILY OWNED HARDWARE STORES WHAT I LIKE TO CALL MOM AND POP STORES TO BUY THERE SON …

THIS IS MY MODERN LIONEL SET OUTFIT #6-30076 MICKEYS CHRISTMAS EXPRESS O GAUGE TRAIN SET LIONEL MADE IN 2007 THIS IS A SOMEWHAT OF A RARE SET IT IS ONE OF LIONELS UNCATALOGED TRAIN SETS LIONEL MADE FOR WALT DISNEY THERE WAS ONLY 1000 OF THESE SETS MADE ON THE MARKET TO BUY AND THERE WAS TWO DIFFRENT ADDON FREIGHT RAIL CARS MADE TO COMPLETE THE SERIES OF THIS SET ONE IS A CHRISTMAS CANDY CANE MICKEY AND FRIENDS BOX CAR AND THE OTHER ADDON IS A BRITE LIME GREEN JIMMY CRICKET DOME TANK CAR THERE WAS ONLY 500 OF THE CANDY CANE BOXCARS AND 500 OF THE LIME GREEN JIMMY CRICKET TANKER CARS MADE TO COMPLETE THESE SETS I DID FIND BOTH OF THEM BUT THE CANDY CANE BOXCAR WAS THE HARDEST ONE FOR ME TO FIND ON THE SET BOX ITS SAYS LIONEL LIMITED EDITION OF 1000 DISNEY 2007

THIS IS A VIDEO MADE AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME LAST YEAR OF THE YEAR 2010 OF MY 5 YEAR OLD ON HER OWN PLAYING AROUND AND RUNNING A MODERN ERA O GAUGE OUTFIT #6-30001 LIONEL SANTA FE EL CAPITAN PASSENGER SET MADE IN 2009 I ADDED THE B-UNIT AND THE DUMMY A-UNIT AND ONE XTRA STREAMLINE PASSENGER CAR IN THE SET SHE WANTED ME TO MAKE THIS VIDEO OF HER RUNNING THE SET ON HER OWN SO I SAID WHAT THE HECK WHY NOT THIS IS THE ONLY MODERN ERA LIONEL TRAIN SET THAT I GOT FOR MYSELF ITS A GOOD RUNNING SET AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THIS SET AT ALL IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY TO BUY THIS SET THIS WAS ONE OF THE VIDEOS I HAD FORGOTTEN TO RE UPLOAD BACK ON TO YOUTUBE WHEN ALL OF MY VIDEOS BY MISTAKE GOTTEN DELETED
